  • an organisation that makes a difference.

WWF Adoption

WWF works to ensure a healthy future for people, species and their habitats, addressing global threats like climate change and environmental degradation.

With WWF Adoptions, consumers can adopt an animal and help save their lives from extinction for as little as £2.50 per month (£30 per year).

Consumers receive an Adoption Pack upon application, which include:

  • A gorgeous soft toy of your animal
  • A fact booklet about your adopted species
  • A print of your adopted animal
  • A greetings card
  • Tips on a 'greener' lifestyle
  • Updates on your species in our 4-monthly newsletter, "Insight".

From just £2.50 you can help save the worlds remaining tigers by adopting Malu Pothi for yourself or a friend. Your support will help WWF to protect wild tigers, and build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature.

Malu Pothi is a Bengal tiger living in in Suklaphanta Wildlife Reserve, in Nepal. Like all tigers, she is shy and elusive, and maintains a relatively fixed home range in the north-eastern part of the reserve. She has given birth to three cubs - all now fend for themselves.

Malu Pothi is one of the last few hundred tigers left in Nepal. It's vital that we do everything we can to protect these beautiful creatures. WWF is monitoring the tigers in Suklaphanta, where Malu Pothi lives, and strengthening anti-poaching patrols in the area.

Also available for adoption:
